A. The AGM shall be held on the fourth Tuesday in November to receive reports, alterations to rules, elect its officers and members of the Management Board.
B. Any club in arrears at the time of the AGM shall have NO VOICE OR VOTE and shall be dealt with as the meeting may determine.
C. All proposed alterations to rules must be received and in the hands of the League Secretary not later than October 1st each year. Another club must second any proposed alterations to rules
D. The League Secretary shall supply each club and members of the Management Board with a copy of the proposed alteration to rules not later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
E. All other voting shall be by show of hands unless 10 delegates demand a ballot or the President so decides.
F. The decision of The League Committee in all matters is binding and Final.
